Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 2025

Welcome to FixItMyMachine.com ("we", "our", "us", or "the platform"). By using our website, WhatsApp service, or any services provided by us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Our Service

FixItMyMachine.com is a service aggregator platform that connects factory owners, machine operators, and businesses with independent machinery repair mechanics, primarily focused on injection molding and industrial equipment.

  • We do not employ mechanics directly. All mechanics listed or assigned are independent professionals.
  • We only coordinate the service request by matching the client's needs with a verified mechanic based on skill, location, and availability.
2. Liability Disclaimer
  • While we verify mechanics before onboarding, we are not legally liable for any damage, theft, loss, or injury caused during the onsite repair or service.
  • However, if any mechanic is reported for unprofessional behavior, fraud, or misconduct, we take strict action, including removal from our platform and blacklisting.
3. Service Fulfillment and Payments
  • Mechanics work independently and are responsible for their own tools, time, and charges.
  • Any advance payment made to the mechanic is at the customer's own risk. We recommend:
    • Discussing the job clearly before starting
    • Taking pictures/videos of the issue beforehand
    • Making full payment only after satisfactory completion
FixItMyMachine.com does not collect or hold payments unless a formal booking or invoice is generated through the platform (to be introduced in future upgrades).
4. User Responsibilities

As a user of FixItMyMachine.com, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information (name, contact, machine type, issue)
  • Cooperate with the assigned mechanic for better service
  • Not misuse the platform or misbehave with staff/mechanics
  • Report any concerns or bad experiences to us immediately
5. Mechanic Conduct & Verification
  • All mechanics onboarded go through a screening process, which may include ID verification, skill checks, and service history review.
  • Despite our checks, the actual service delivery depends on the mechanic, and we encourage clients to also verify credentials or past work if needed.
6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change any of these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the revised terms.

7. Dispute Resolution
  • In case of any dispute, we encourage direct communication between client and mechanic.
  • If required, you can contact us at support@fixitmymachine.com, and we will mediate to the best of our ability. However, we are not legally bound to enforce outcomes.
8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Faridabad, Haryana.
